Service Description
Ready to get your business online? I’ll build a starter website that introduces your business, explains what you offer, and gives visitors a clear way to get in touch. This service includes: - A 30-minute kickoff call to discuss your business and goals. - A starter website with up to three pages, such as Home, About, and Contact. - A basic contact form. - Desktop and mobile layouts. - One round of revisions after you review the draft. - A brief walkthrough so you can make simple updates afterward. You’ll provide your business information, page wording, logo, and images. Website platform plans, domains, paid apps, online stores, booking setup, and additional pages are not included in the package price. We’ll choose a suitable platform and confirm the scope before work begins. If your preferred platform or features require work beyond this package, I’ll discuss the options with you before moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a service, your payment reserves your appointment and the service described in your booking. For project-based services, the scheduled appointment is a kickoff call; the setup or project work is completed afterward. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact me at chelsie@honeycombworkflow.com at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, please reach out so we can discuss your options. During the kickoff call, we’ll confirm that your needs fit within the service you booked. If your request requires a larger scope, I’ll discuss options and provide a separate quote before starting any additional work. If I’m unable to provide the booked service and we can’t agree on an alternative, you’ll receive a full refund. Any software subscriptions or third-party costs are separate from the service price. Project timelines will be agreed upon after we’ve discussed the scope and may depend on receiving the information and access needed to begin. Have questions before booking?
