Service Description
If you’re copying the same details from one program to another, there may be a simpler way. I’ll set up one straightforward connection between two compatible tools you already use. This service includes: - A 30-minute kickoff call to review your tools and the information you want to move. - Setup of one connection between two compatible programs, with one trigger and one action. - Testing with sample information. - A brief walkthrough or written guide. For example, we might connect a form to a spreadsheet or create a task when a new inquiry comes in. Your existing tools need to support the connection, and any software or subscription costs are separate. If the connection turns out to require a more complex setup, we’ll discuss the options before additional work begins.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a service, your payment reserves your appointment and the service described in your booking. For project-based services, the scheduled appointment is a kickoff call; the setup or project work is completed afterward. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact me at chelsie@honeycombworkflow.com at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, please reach out so we can discuss your options. During the kickoff call, we’ll confirm that your needs fit within the service you booked. If your request requires a larger scope, I’ll discuss options and provide a separate quote before starting any additional work. If I’m unable to provide the booked service and we can’t agree on an alternative, you’ll receive a full refund. Any software subscriptions or third-party costs are separate from the service price. Project timelines will be agreed upon after we’ve discussed the scope and may depend on receiving the information and access needed to begin. Have questions before booking?
