Service Description
Not sure which programs would actually help—or where to start? I’ll help you sort through what you need without adding tools just for the sake of adding them. This service includes: - A 60-minute working session to talk through your current process, needs, and budget. - Recommendations for up to three tools or tool options, with free options considered where they fit. - A short written summary explaining the recommendations and suggested next steps. You’ll leave with a clearer idea of what to use and why. If you’d like help setting up the tools afterward, we can talk about that separately.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a service, your payment reserves your appointment and the service described in your booking. For project-based services, the scheduled appointment is a kickoff call; the setup or project work is completed afterward. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact me at chelsie@honeycombworkflow.com at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, please reach out so we can discuss your options. During the kickoff call, we’ll confirm that your needs fit within the service you booked. If your request requires a larger scope, I’ll discuss options and provide a separate quote before starting any additional work. If I’m unable to provide the booked service and we can’t agree on an alternative, you’ll receive a full refund. Any software subscriptions or third-party costs are separate from the service price. Project timelines will be agreed upon after we’ve discussed the scope and may depend on receiving the information and access needed to begin. Have questions before booking?
