Service Description
Whether you’re welcoming a new client or gathering requests, a simple form can make it easier to collect the same information every time. This service includes: - A 30-minute kickoff call to discuss what information you need. - Creation of one form with up to 15 questions in an agreed tool. - Setup of one place to view or receive responses using the form tool’s existing features. - Testing and one round of small adjustments. - A brief walkthrough of how to access responses. This could be a client intake form, inquiry form, request form, or another form that fits your business. Any paid software needed is separate; connections to other tools can be added as a separate service.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a service, your payment reserves your appointment and the service described in your booking. For project-based services, the scheduled appointment is a kickoff call; the setup or project work is completed afterward. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact me at chelsie@honeycombworkflow.com at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, please reach out so we can discuss your options. During the kickoff call, we’ll confirm that your needs fit within the service you booked. If your request requires a larger scope, I’ll discuss options and provide a separate quote before starting any additional work. If I’m unable to provide the booked service and we can’t agree on an alternative, you’ll receive a full refund. Any software subscriptions or third-party costs are separate from the service price. Project timelines will be agreed upon after we’ve discussed the scope and may depend on receiving the information and access needed to begin. Have questions before booking?
