Service Description
Your website is up and running, but it may no longer reflect your business or make it easy for visitors to find what they need. I’ll refresh one existing page so it feels more polished and useful. This service includes: - A 30-minute kickoff call to talk through your goals. - A refresh of one existing page on your Wix website, including its layout, existing text, images, and buttons. - Desktop and mobile adjustments for that page. - One round of revisions to the refreshed page. - A brief walkthrough of the changes. You’ll provide any new wording, images, and branding you’d like included. Additional pages, major rewrites, new features, and subscription costs are separate. Your payment reserves the service and includes the kickoff call. We’ll agree on the page and scope before work begins.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a service, your payment reserves your appointment and the service described in your booking. For project-based services, the scheduled appointment is a kickoff call; the setup or project work is completed afterward. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact me at chelsie@honeycombworkflow.com at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, please reach out so we can discuss your options. During the kickoff call, we’ll confirm that your needs fit within the service you booked. If your request requires a larger scope, I’ll discuss options and provide a separate quote before starting any additional work. If I’m unable to provide the booked service and we can’t agree on an alternative, you’ll receive a full refund. Any software subscriptions or third-party costs are separate from the service price. Project timelines will be agreed upon after we’ve discussed the scope and may depend on receiving the information and access needed to begin. Have questions before booking?
