Service Description
You don’t have to overhaul everything at once. We’ll choose one area of your business—like inquiries, follow-ups, or project tracking—and create a simpler way to keep up with it. This service includes: - A 30-minute kickoff call to choose the area and talk through how you handle it now. - A simple process for one recurring type of work, including its main steps and where information will be kept. - One basic tracker or board using an agreed tool. - One round of small adjustments and a brief walkthrough. For example, we could create a way to track new inquiries from the first message through the next follow-up. This package covers one process and one basic tracker. Additional automations or more complex setups can be discussed separately.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a service, your payment reserves your appointment and the service described in your booking. For project-based services, the scheduled appointment is a kickoff call; the setup or project work is completed afterward. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact me at chelsie@honeycombworkflow.com at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, please reach out so we can discuss your options. During the kickoff call, we’ll confirm that your needs fit within the service you booked. If your request requires a larger scope, I’ll discuss options and provide a separate quote before starting any additional work. If I’m unable to provide the booked service and we can’t agree on an alternative, you’ll receive a full refund. Any software subscriptions or third-party costs are separate from the service price. Project timelines will be agreed upon after we’ve discussed the scope and may depend on receiving the information and access needed to begin. Have questions before booking?
