Hi, I'm Chelsie
I’m the systems-loving, naturally curious person behind HoneyComb Workflow Studio.
HoneyComb started with something I’ve always done without really thinking about it: noticing when a process feels harder than it should and wanting to find a better way.
In my own work, I became the person who looked at repetitive tasks, scattered information, and disconnected tools and thought, “There has to be an easier way to do this.” I started building workflows, automations, dashboards, and tracking systems that made the work easier to manage. The more I created, the more I realized this wasn’t just something I was good at. It was something I genuinely loved doing.
I also realized how many small business owners are dealing with the same problems. They’re juggling clients, follow-ups, deadlines, emails, spreadsheets, and software that never seems to work together quite the way they need it to. Many of them already have capable tools. What they need is someone who can understand their business, connect the pieces, and build the system behind the scenes.

Why HoneyComb?
The name and brand came to me while watching bees work. Each bee seems to be focused on its own small task, moving from one place to the next with a purpose. From the outside, it may look a little busy or even chaotic, but every part of what they’re doing contributes to something much bigger.
Then there’s the honeycomb itself. It’s made up of individual cells, each with its own purpose, all connected to create one strong and incredibly efficient system.
That felt like the perfect representation of what I want to build for small businesses. Your forms, emails, client information, tasks, deadlines, and software may all serve different purposes, but they should work together as part of one connected system. When each piece has a purpose and information can move smoothly from one step to the next, the whole business becomes easier to manage.
HoneyComb represents the kind of systems I believe in: thoughtful, connected, efficient, and built around the way each business naturally works. And, if I’m being honest, it also gave me the perfect excuse to build a brand around bees, flowers, and all the warm, happy colors I love.
My Mission
My mission is to help small business owners simplify the way they work by creating custom workflows, automations, dashboards, and tracking systems built around their actual needs.
I take the time to understand how each business operates, identify what is creating unnecessary work or confusion, and build practical solutions using the tools they already know whenever possible.
My Vision
My vision is to make customized business systems accessible to small business owners who are tired of piecing everything together on their own.
I want HoneyComb to be the place business owners turn when they know something isn’t working but don’t know how to fix it. My goal is to bring clarity to the chaos, connect the pieces, and create systems that give people more time and energy for the work they actually started their business to do.
Because running your business will always take work, but it shouldn’t feel harder than it has to.
